YOUR DATA

A personal record.

Test ads and support email use external services. Technical diagnostics are included in a report only when you choose to add them.

Can I download Steady yet?

Steady is being tested on Android. We will add the Google Play link here when it is available.

Does it need internet?

The timer, profile and history work offline. Ads need internet; delivering a report also requires a connection in your email app.

What are fasting stages?

They are approximate educational references. They do not measure what is happening in your body and are not medical recommendations.

Can I sign in with Google?

The current version has no Steady sign-in or synchronization. Any backups managed by Android are separate from an account inside the app.

Steady is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Stages are approximate references and durations are not health recommendations. Consult a healthcare professional to decide whether fasting is appropriate for you.
