  1. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened.
  2. Include the steps to reproduce it, if you remember them.
  3. Include your Steady version and phone model.
  4. In the app, you can review and add optional technical diagnostics. Avoid sending weights, fasting history or medical information.

In the app: Profile → Suggestions and bug reports → Report a bug.

Privacy questions

To request deletion of an email you sent us or ask how your data is handled, use the contact link with the subject “Steady · Privacy”. We cannot access the local records on your phone.

Steady is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Stages are approximate references and durations are not health recommendations. Consult a healthcare professional to decide whether fasting is appropriate for you.
